Light of Atum: In the city of Heliopolis deep within a chamber carved into the limestone beneath
the city the God Atum rests his head against a wall. For too long has he spent feeling the
uncertainty of the world. For too long has he taken it all upon himself to save the world from
the root of suffering. Atum, the 'complete' one stood beside himself and bent his head until his
forehead touched the wall and he whispered to it until he could hear his own voice reverberate
back at himself.
"The complexity of man and of my creation has led me away from the truth of their being. Will
they stop following each other and begin following themselves or will their evolution be their
disillusion?"
From within the room a beautiful soft voice spoke and sounded as he did but in a female discourse,
"Atum, the mortals will not consume the Earth nor will they vanquish her supplements. Return your
thoughts and energy what you can become within yourself without resolution. Return to the
innocence of yourself and remind yourself the beauty of both sides."
Atum turned away from the wall and looked at his other half. "You are right. You are always right.
May we, together, forgo the semblance of love and life and death and everything in between. Our
creation is of both man and woman but in the equation of what is within they must close their eyes
and regain consciousness to that of existence in no form."
"Yes. Perhaps then you and I can sleep for one hour and when that fantastic time comes we can join
ourselves again and be one."
Close your eyes to what you know. Close your breath to what you think you know. Open them when you
are ready to inhale the new scent of life and regain the innocence of life. It is there right
before you. I light the incense from Dragon's Blood and give you her strength and his power only
if you are ready to take it within you and change yourself before you can change anything else.
Love yourself truly before you can know and understand love. We are continuously learning and in
that may we evolve if for only an hour to let Atum sleep within the Earth of his Creation.
NA's Dragon's Blood, Egyptian Incense, Indian Incense, Gold Amber and the smoke of the Earth.
Think of your favorite incense, whatever it may be...this is it. The subtle sweetness of Dragon's Blood and rich, golden Amber, with a hint of lovely Nag Champa hovering beneath. A scent that envelopes you in its protective embrace as it takes your spirit on a journey of self-discovery..strengthening and empowering you along the way.
Hypnotic, spiritual, sensual...ancient.
Atum, the 'complete' one. As is this most breathtaking oil. _________________ Qhaveat Pharaoh Hounds

Bottle: Incense and dragon's blood.
Me: This is very incensey -- it smells almost exactly like a stick of it. It's very smoky and a little bit sweet. Very beautiful.
All of you who were excited by the addition of incense oils to the blends, this is the one to definitely try! It's like wearing incense. Lovely. _________________

Meditation: Atum
In bottle: Indian incense. like nag champa and sandalwood and spices.
On skin: mmm, I like this. It smells like smoky exotic incense and wafts of spice from a desert bazaar. The Indian incense is dominant, on me it is nag champa and spiced sandalwood smoke, fragrant and warm, but not a thin bland champa scent at all. I also smell something that could be patchouli. There’s some dragon’s blood, and thankfully this smells resinous and not floral like some DB notes. The amber is subtle but adds a touch of sweetness. This is highly reminiscent of the Underworld, and also of the Anubis scents. the drydown is much the same as before, but drier and smokier, as the darker smoke notes come out, and I think now I can smell more resinous notes, maybe that’s the Egyptian incense. and after a few hours, I smell my wrist again and ohhhh…amber and resinous incense! it’s so beautiful at drydown, when the amber really shows off, and the nag champa is replaced with spiced myrrh incense burning gently. At first I wasn’t sure if this would work but yet again, this is another Meditation scent that works wonderfully.
